People have a general perception that Mondays are usually boring and horrifying to return to work and pause your weekend mood for a while, and it is painful as well as stressful for many because people, after the advancement of the industrial revolution, had their lives adjusted in such a way that they should enjoy their lives only on weekends and not on other days, and as a result, they are engrossed themselves as slaves to their rigid work ethics. Here is the solution: Consider yourself a farmer who works 7 days a week on your farm while assigning yourself small manageable tasks like any other farmer, and you notice that you complete your work at a normal pace and with peace of mind. Please don't set aside two days of the week just for fun; instead, do some productive work and have fun and chill for the entire day so you don't get bored on a horrible Monday.
