Survival Tactics.

Today’s topic will not go as per the name suggests; it will form part of self-defense to take your own stand in society, not in the name of self-confidence but in the name of self-realization of who you are. Following are the points for which I have mastered these survival tactics.

  • View point of society: Society’s views are important to you to the extent that they are beneficial for your improvement at every level of your life. Never underestimate the value of constructive criticism.
  • Self-doubt: For this, I am genuinely saying I have no solution; the other way around, it is good to have a self-doubt-like situation because it helps to think of other feasible solutions to achieve the goals if you are a rational thinker.
  • Rights and duties: To culminate something in life, you should attain your rights and duties hand in hand at an equal level. To achieve this level, you first need to be genuine with yourself so that regrets won’t disturb you mentally.
  • Fake social illusion: Try to stay away from social disturbances and unwanted information like those you procure from social media. Stay in the real world, and let me share my personal experience. I have deleted my social media accounts, and now I am free from unwanted attention, experiencing peace, and have left the habit of documenting things on social media.
  • Dopamine effect: If possible, stay away from motivational speakers and their videos. You don’t need motivation to achieve things in life because it is creating self-guilt in you if, at some point in time, your motivation level is down. It is as simple as that: if you need anything, just work for it. Even if you want to kick-start your work, you should consult with experts in the field who have completed those tasks. You will experience a difference in self-realization.

Please don’t practice these above tactics all at once; you may fail miserably. Try at your comfort level since you are discovering yourself by redefining who you are.
