THE SPYMASTER.

Empires are built on the graveyard of social injustice elements, and their pillars mainly consist of legislative, judicial, and executive, but if we dig into their genesis, what we find is that this so-called empire is built on a proper system of communication in terms of the procurement of intelligence data and the reprocessing of the same in an extraordinary manner that is non-comparable and ground breaking in terms of administration at large. Today I am talking about a less glorified personality who is one of the main genesis of Swarajya and also the main alliance of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ji; he is none other than Shri Bahirji Naik. He was head of the intelligence department in the Maratha Empire and a famous unknown spymaster of all time that the empire would ever have had in the past.

He was known for his advanced physiological modern warfare, and even today, in the world of intelligence agencies, he is one of the most noted personalities and most studied people in history as far as their expertise is concerned in that very particular field. His strategies to procure intelligence were very raw and unique; according to old archives, he possessed excellent expertise in identity theft. Even many times, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ji won’t recognize him unless a share of a unique code message among them can be recognized that he is Naik. Over the period of his tenure, he built a large number of spies whose primary task was to collect raw intelligence and forward it to the Naik, wherein he personally reprocessed the core intelligence and formed the strategy after cross-verifying the facts from the base.

This shows that Naik was a diversified field agent as well as a lead strategic analyst for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ji at that time. Maharaj’s every win on the war or administrative front is based on Naik’s record-breaking intelligence and fake illusion among the social at large because people at that time used to believe that he was someone’s friend and enemy at the same time in disguise, but he was one of the trusted figures among well-established Swarajya and strong allies of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ji. Till date, no one has claimed the authenticity of his death with proper facts that on which place he martyred, but one should not forget that he was a self-made spymaster of Indian history and remained a myth to the common public as an untraceable figure since he was a strategic asset of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ji, and on record, these facts may be hidden by the Maharaj himself due to their complexity of confidentiality at large since high stakes were involved in the name of this spymaster’s strategy in remoulding the Maratha Empire.
