Dark side.

The most frightening topic I'm going to discuss today is for those who are suffering from depression. I hope this piece of advice is useful to you, and if it isn't, no worries, because I'm not a philosopher or a psychiatrist to provide formal guidance. The main concern is that we as human beings are trained or act like programmed humanoids, which shows the good and humble side of ours to each and every one, whether we like the opposite person or not.

This negative pressure targets the mental health of our own because we, as human beings, are professionals at compressing negative emotions, and such results end up with adverse effects on overall health. The solutions are so simple to say in one line, but you need to have a little bit of courage to convey your message to the opposite person that "I’m facing some issues that we both can solve if you are willing to listen to my opinion."

By saying this to someone, there is a 70% chance that he or she will welcome the constructive criticism and will undoubtedly assist you in breaking free from mirrored relationships, and thus the dark side may lead you to peace rather than hell. So, face your dark side and, if possible, work on it and fight for your peace; if not, your dark side will kill you anyway, so face it.
